Today two Venezuelan citizens who were grabbed by the DEA in Haiti are in court in New York City on drug smuggling allegations. Yesterday it was leaked that two Venezuelan Generals are going to be indicted by prosecutors in New York. The rub is likely to be how these people are going to be brought before a court in New York.

Here's the beef. Venezuela booted the corrupt DEA years ago. They've had a testy relationship with the 50 United States for some time now.
And here's more beef. Colombia, neighbors of Venezuela, which is overrun with US Drug Enforcement Administration agents and US military personnel is boosting it's production of cocaine. It goes without saying that this cocaine is destined for the streets of the 50 United States and Europe.
DEA agents were partying with prostitutes who were provided and paid for by Colombian drug traffickers around the time that Hugo Chavez booted the DEA from Venezuela, alleging that the DEA functions as a drug cartel.Clearly DEA agents were at the least doing favors for drug smuggling entrepreneurs in Colombia. Now the US government is planning to drag two Venezuelan officials who fought drug smuggling without the "assistance " of the DEA. This sets the stage for a scenario that can only bring shame to the United States.
